Welcome to Roxborough
A peaceful hidden gem and outdoor lover’s paradise.
Roxborough is an epically beautiful and scenic planned community. It’s in the Littleton area, just south of Denver with the Rocky Mountains to the west. Roxborough is the crown jewel of a few planned suburban developments in the Denver metropolitan area that include the Ravenna, Roxborough Park, and Sterling Ranch neighborhoods. Roxborough has flourished into a small town in its own right with plenty of charm.
The Roxborough community itself is comprised of diverse home options including townhomes, and single-family homes. Residents of the Roxborough community have access to an array of amenities, such as playgrounds, open space areas, boating, water activities on Chatfield Reservoir, and trails for hiking and biking within its limits. High above Roxborough, the skyline is dominated by Carpenter’s Peak rising majestically above the horizon and visible from multiple locations around town. One cannot escape walking among the dramatic red rock formations typical of the area. Being so close to Denver makes Roxborough a perfect place to call home for urban professionals who wish to live closer to the mountains as well as families and retired individuals.
The Roxborough Park and Ravenna communities are known for their acres of world-class golfing. Nestled between Roxborough and Chatfield State Parks, Pike National Forest, and the scenic Arrowhead Golf Club, you can enjoy the “authentic Colorado experience” just a short drive from downtown Denver in Roxborough Park. This neighborhood has a 24-hour guarded entrance, 12 miles of privately maintained trails, and is surrounded by three nature preserves where wildlife abounds. The Club at Ravenna is a gorgeous gated private golfing community on 634 acres of natural wonder and scenery. It too has tremendous views of the Red Rocks and is a part of Roxborough. The Club at Ravenna just opened a show-stopping new clubhouse and boasts a world-class gym, swimming facilities, and an award-winning golf course. Just north of Roxborough is the new development of Sterling Ranch. This is one of the newest, biggest, and most dense planned living communities in the area and is still growing. There is already a strong sense of community in Sterling Ranch and residents are actively involved in future planning and development.
